Stuart Erlenbush
is a certified instructor with the Illinois Law Enforcement
Training and Standards Board and Illinois State Police. He
offers numerous courses in Critical Incident Management,
Hostage Negotiations, Terrorism, Domestic Terrorism,
International Terrorism, Suicide Terrorists, and Suicide
Intervention. He was the chief architect of a two-day
Basic Terrorism Awareness Course sponsored by the Illinois

Stuart Erlenbush
was instrumental in the scenario development and chief
controller for the State of Illinois Weapons of Mass
Destruction Team’s participation in the 2003 federally
funded National TOPOFF II Biological Terrorism Exercise held
in Chicago, IL, Seattle, WS, and Canada. He specializes in
the development of Weapons of Mass Destruction Scenarios
for SWAT Teams who have the ability to operate in a
Hazardous Material Environment.
